PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
In your online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of your order. In case of possible order cancellations or stock issues, refunds to your credit card will be made within 7 business days.
Delivery
We strive to deliver your ordered products to the cargo on the same day. For products that require longer supply time, the shipping period is 3 business days as stated in the product details. You will be informed in case of possible delivery delays.
In order to ensure that the product delivery is carried out without interruption, please provide the address where you will be present during the day as the delivery address.
Your requests will be processed according to the delivery type you selected at the end of the order. Products will be shipped from our London-based company via DHL shipping company.
After your orders are approved, they are delivered to the shipping company within 2 (two) business days at the latest.

If you think that the packages were damaged during shipment, open and check them in the presence of the authorized personnel of the company you received them from. If you think there is any damage to the product, do not accept the delivery and request a report from the shipping company.
After the product is received, it is considered that the shipping company has fully fulfilled its duty.
